This is a condo brochure that I designed for the company Aura Properties. The condo is located in Hangzhou, China. Delivering the concept of the condo, instead of the actual look.
THE SOLUTION
The concept is a combination of Yin and Yang and the moon in Chinese culture. Try to help people find balance in their lives. The moon plays a significant role in Chinese culture.

CONDO BROCHURE
This brochure is divided into three sections representing different phases of the moon. Waxing Crescent represents the city's rich cultural heritage and cool tones also reflect the city's temperament. The First quarter represents life in the apartment, and the warm colors reflect the warm life in the apartment. Full moon means family reunion. In Chinese culture, Full moon means reunion. Compared with the colors in the second spread, the colors in this section are warmer. The pamphlet is progressive in mood, reaching its peak at the full moon.
BROCHURE FOLDER
The front of the folder is the moon, and the back is the Yin and Yang fish. The black and white side of the card and the legs' house shape represent day and night. And we've been chasing the alternations of day and night.
